This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is the fiscal year (FY) 2011 solicitation for Nuclear Energy University Programs (NEUP) University Reactor Upgrades Infrastructure Support for the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Nuclear Energy (NE).This FOA is seeking applications from U. S. universities


and colleges with operating research reactors.

The purpose of the program is to upgrade and improve the U. S. university nuclear research and training reactors and to contribute to strengthening the academic community's nuclear engineering infrastructure.
