The DOE SC program in Fusion Energy Sciences (FES) and the NNSA Defense Program (DP) Office of Experimental Sciences jointly announce their interests in receiving applications for new and renewal awards for research in the SC-NNSA Joint Program in High-Energy-Density (HED) laboratory plasmas.
All
individual researchers or groups of researchers planning to submit applications for new or renewal funding in Fiscal Year 2023 should submit applications in response to this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA).

Additional Information of Eligibility:We encourage proposals from individuals and not-for-profit civil-society organizations with an office in Saudi Arabia, including think tanks, non-governmental organizations, and academic institutions with programming experience.
Such organizations may sub-contract with other entities, but only one entity can be the prime recipient of the award.
When sub-contracting with other entities, the responsibilities of each entity must be clearly defined in the proposal.
For-profit organizations are not eligible to apply for cooperative agreements.
