The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Advanced Simulation and Computing (ASC) and Institutional Research & Development Programs intends to issue a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) entitled “Predictive Science Academic Alliance Program (PSAAP) IV Notice of Funding

Opportunity.” NNSA plans to issue the NOFO in February 2024 via grants.gov, FedConnect, and the PSAAP website at https://psaap.llnl.gov/.

ASC envisions awarding multiple financial assistance awards in the form of cooperative agreements.

The estimated period of performance for each award will be approximately five years.

NNSA expects to award nine cooperative agreements for this NOFO.

The estimated total program funding is $105,000,00 0. The estimated award ceiling is $3,500,000 annually for up to 5 years, and the estimated award floor is $500,000 annually for up to 5 years.
