S. DepartmentofEnergy
(DOE), hereby announces its interest in receiving proposals for theresearch and development on alternative methods to produce and separatestableand radioactive isotopes needed for a wide variety of research andapplications.
The proposed research and development should provide new andinnovative technologies, or improvements to existing technologies, tofosterthe enhanced production of isotopes that will benefit research, andultimatelyapplications in medicine, homeland security, andindustry.
