FY 2025 Notice of Funding Opportunity for NGO Programs Benefiting Refugees, Migrants, and Returnees in Mauritania, Niger, and Senegal

The Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM) seeks proposals for humanitarian assistance activities in Mauritania, Niger, and Senegal focusing on various sectors such as education, child protection, shelter and settlements, and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH).

Proposals must target at least 50 percent of their participants as refugees or refugee returnees (Only Senegal) and should incorporate protection activities across all sectors.

The amount of funding available per award will be determined based on applications received and appropriations made available.

Eligible applicants include U.S.-based and overseas-based non-profits with proof of non-profit status, and international organizations.
