Competitive Training Grants Program (CTGP)

The CTGP awards funds to competitively selected applicants to develop and deliver innovative training programs addressing high priority national homeland security training needs.

Security related responsibilities.* To access the full solicitation for the Competitive Training Grants Program (CTGP), go to www.grants.gov, click on "Find Grant Opportunities" in the top left corner; then click on “Basic Search.” Under the Keyword, enter “CTGP” and click “search.” The name of the program, Competitive Training Grant Program should come up.

When it does, click on it.

Then click on "application," then click on "download" in the lower right corner under "Instructions and Application." In the next screen, click on " 1. Download Application Instructions."* Applicants are now required to apply using Adobe Acrobat Reader 8. 1. 2 for the FY 2008 CTGP Opportunity.
