In accordance with the Homeland Security Act of 2002, (6 U.S.C.

§101 et seq.); Executive Order 12127; the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation act (Public Law 105-225), and the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974, Section 21 (a and b) as amended (15 U.S.C.

§2201

et seq.), the National Fallen Fighters Foundation (NFFF), in cooperation with the United States Fire Administration (USFA), is responsible for planning, directing, and managing the activities of the National Fallen Fighters Memorial Weekend.
