The FY 2024 Regional Catastrophic Preparedness Grant Program (RCPGP), as authorized and appropriated by the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2024 (Pub.

118-47), provides funding to close known capability gaps, encourage innovative regional solutions to

credit:


issues related to catastrophic incidents, and build on existing regional preparedness efforts.

The purpose of the RCPGP is to build regional capacity to manage catastrophic incidents by improving and expanding collaboration for catastrophic incident preparedness.

Applicants can submit applications for this funding opportunity through FEMA Grants Outcomes (GO).

S. Territory or Possession; Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Organizations) are not eligible to apply.

Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U. S. Organizations are not eligible to apply.

Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are not allowed.
