The Solicitation for Cooperative Agreement Applications (SCAA) issued on July 7, 2010 governs the submission of applications to be considered for base year cost sharing cooperative agreement awards in Fiscal Year 201 1. This SCAA also allows for two option period awards in Fiscal Years 2012 and 201 3.
