of activities in Brazil.

To promote gender equality and empower girls and adolescents, it is essential to address fundamental societal inequalities by keeping girls in school, increasing access to secondary education, ending child marriage, promoting gender-responsive adolescent health by decreasing the adolescent pregnancy rate, and addressing gender-based violence in vulnerable and marginalized communities.

To advance these objectives, the funded project must carry out innovative program activities, such as a series of holistic workshops or training's, to empower girls and adolescents to exercise their full citizenship and rights.

The project may do this in conjunction with direct training and capacity building of women community and political leaders (of all levels) who could serve as mentors and partners
