DRL Statements of Interests for North Korea Programs
DRL announces an open call for statements of interest focused on human rights and democracy principles for North Koreans (organizations may request up to $250,000).
Projects may also engage on non-traditional human rights issues that are of broad concern to North Korean citizens.
