Improving Access to Justice in the Democratic Republic of Congo
DRL/GP aims to improve the justice system and access to justice through innovative programs that strengthen key sectors within the police, military and/or local government.
Strong proposals will include a regional pilot of a program that could be replicated nationally.
Proposed programs should take a broader view towards long-term stability and proficiency of the justice system in the DRC.
