The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for projects that:
1) Promote sustainable peace processes in Libya ; and/or 2) Enable a rights-respecting security sector in Libya by preparing civil society


to engage in future local and national security sector reform efforts.
