Promoting Civil Society Engagement on Human Rights, Democracy, and Rule of Law in Libya
The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for projects that:
1) Promote sustainable peace processes in Libya ; and/or 2) Enable a rights-respecting security sector in Libya by preparing civil society to engage in future local and national security sector reform efforts.
