Religious Freedom and Rule of Law

The U. S. Department of State Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in forming a consortium to provide expert analysis of global trends in laws and legislation that impact the ability of individuals to exercise the rights to freedom


of religion or belief as guaranteed in Article 18 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

The consortium would also support small scale projects seeking to mitigate the impact of such restrictions.
