Promoting Reconciliation in Libya

The U. S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for projects that support the policy to advance inclusive and rights-respecting governance at all levels in Libya.

More specifically,


DRL is seeking proposals with the objective of preventing atrocities and promoting reconciliation, both at the local and national level.

Pending availability of funding, approximately $1,000,000 may be awarded in total.
