Snowmobile Safety and Access Programs

The goals of this Agreement is to provide Snowmobile safety and access training and product development to assist Federal, State, and local land management agency staff, snowmobile volunteers, and the public and enhance trail management on Federal, State, local, and private lands through training and


public information.

Snowmobile safety training and related products will improve the safety and accessibility of snow trails and promote environmental protection and economic sustainability.

This will promote enhanced snow trail use envisioned in the legislation authorizing the RTP, and also promote highway safety.
