Click It or Ticket Next Generation (CIOT)
The purpose of this cooperative effort is to implement a demonstration project testing the effects of conducting multiple, interim Click It or Ticket (CIOT) mobilization periods throughout 24 months.
The goal is to sustain and increase the seat belt usage gains realized in a secondary belt law State with a seat belt usage rate below 8 2. 4 percent during the national CIOT campaign.
