The IRS Program provides grants to eligible applicants to conduct research and studies to improve and strengthen instruction in modern foreign languages, area studies, and other international fields.

8 4. 017A- 1. Applications for grants under the IRS Program, CFDA number 8 4. 017A, must be submitted electronically using the Government-wide Grants.gov Apply site at www.Grants.gov.
