Modeling of Climate Change Mitigation, Impacts and Adaptation

This notice announces the availability of funds and solicits proposals to advance the field of climate economic modeling to assist decision makers and the public in effectively responding to the challenges and opportunities posed by climate change.

The work involved in this effort includes two


distinct modeling capabilities.

The first is computable general equilibrium (CGE) modeling of climate mitigation and impacts at the level of disaggregation of U. S. states.

The second is integrated assessment modeling (IAM) and assessment of multiple greenhouse gases (GHGs) and air pollutants to enhance understanding of climate change impacts.
