CERCLA RESEARCH COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT

This request for proposals (RFP) solicits proposals from eligible entities to promote and stimulate research for use by state environmental officials to address Superfund policy and implementation issues of importance to states.

The project will provide support for state participation in developing
