U. S. EPA Region 10 is soliciting proposals under this Request for Proposals (RFP or Announcement) for a Cooperative Agreement for a lead organization to make subawards and manage funding

This funding would be separate from the funding previously set aside for grants to build Tribal capacity to engage in implementation of the Puget Sound Action Agenda.
