The U. S. EPA Region 3 Environmental Assessment and Innovation Division is announcing an RFP for award of an assistance agreement.

This assistance agreement is intended to support on-the-ground

credit:


projects which protect the valued ecological resources and services of the Potomac Highlands ecosystem.

This RFP sets forth the process that will be used for competitively selecting a recipient who will award subawards on a competitive basis to meet the specified expected environmental results.

EPA plans to award one assistance agreement under this announcement.
