EPA has been administering the San Francisco Bay Water Quality Improvement Fund (SFBWQIF), a competitive grant program for the protection and restoration of San Francisco Bay watersheds, since 200 8. To date, EPA has awarded over $22 million in ten grants supporting 38 projects, matching and

Under this Request for Initial Proposals (RFIP), EPA is soliciting proposals with remaining fiscal year 2011 funding of approximately $1 million.
