The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to National Wildlife Refuge System Enhancements to provide technical and financial assistance

to identify, conserves, manage and enhance the ecological and physical property condition of the National Wildlife Refuge System (NWRS) resources through work on and off NWRS lands and waters.
