Neighborhood Stabilization Program Technical Assistance
The purpose of the NSP-TA program is to provide technical assistance to achieve the highest level of performance and results for the NSP, especially for grantees HUD has identified as higher risk and for other program participants.

Eligible entities are states, units of general local government, non-profit entities, for-profit entities, and a consortium of organizations may apply, but one organization must be designated as the lead applicant for the consortium.
