Description:
The purpose of the SNAPS-TA NOFA funding is to provide technical assistance to transfer skills and knowledge needed for grantees, applicants, project sponsors, eligible applicants and eligible project sponsors to achieve the highest level of performance and results for the Emergency Shelter Grants, Supportive Housing, Shelter Plus Care and Moderate Rehabilitation for Single Room Occupancy programs, for the implementation of local Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS), for the Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program and for completion of the Congressionally-required Annual Homeless Assessment Report (AHAR).
