Additional Information of Eligibility:
Eligible applicants are Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) (including Moving to Work (MTW) PHAs), currently administering an HCV FSS program that have served at least the minimum number of families required by this NOFA (as described in Section III.A.1 below), have met the threshold requirements of this NOFA as outlined in Section III.C.4 of this NOFA, and have met the timely receipt requirements as outlined in Section IV.C of this NOFA.

Non-profit organizations and resident associations are not eligible to apply for funding under this NOFA.

Due to the limited funding available under this NOFA, applicants will only be eligible for funding under this NOFA if they were funded under the FY 2011 and/or FY 2012 HCV FSS NOFAs.

See Appendix A for a list of applicants that were funded under the FY 2011 and/or FY 2012 HCV FSS NOFAs.
