FY19-Supplemental for National Network Grant to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation

Pursuant to the Making further continuing appropriations for fiscal year 2019, and for other purposes (P.L.

115-298) and Further Additional Continuing Appropriations Act, 2019 (P.L.

116-5), the Federal Railroad Administration is to make available to Amtrak $246,106,636 to cover Operating,

Capital, Debt Service and American Disabilities Act (ADA) expenses of which $8,613,434 will be used for ADA expenses until February 15, 2019 or the date of enactment of the applicable full year appropriations act for FY1 9. In order to receive these funds, Amtrak must complete the grant application and submit the following items electronically:
Application for Federal Assistance SF-424; SF 424B Assurances Non-Construction Programs; SF 424D Assurances Construction Programs; Statement of Work and signed copies of the U. S. Department of Transportation Federal Railroad Administration Assurances and Certification forms (http://www.fra.dot.gov/downloads/admin/assurancesandcertifications.pdf).
