FY 2019 Supplemental Four Car Rail Pickup and Distribution Train Procurement

The objective of this cooperative agreement is to enable the Grantee to acquire a four car Rail Pickup and Distribution Train, consisting of one 89-foot Threader Car, one 60-foot Power Car, and two 60-foot Companion Cars.

In conjunction with a separate procurement of a 27-car consist for carrying

rail, the four-car Rail Pickup and Distribution purchase will enable the Grantee to acquire and put into service a new 31-car Rail Train for its maintenance- of-way activities.
