Cooperative Agreement for affiliated Partner with Colorado Plateau Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (CESU)

The U. S. Geological Survey Southwest Biological Science Center (SBSC) is offering a funding opportunity to a CESU Partner for research to assess the efficacy of land management treatments to reduce hazardous fuels and promote recovery of vegetation and soils damaged by wildfire and other disturbances.

The


goal of this funding opportunity is to assess the efficacy of land management treatments to mitigate degradation and wildfire risk and recover degraded ecosystems in the southwestern US.
