Job Opportunities for Low-Income Individuals (JOLI)

The purpose of the JOLI program is to create new jobs to be filled by low-income individuals.

JOLI grantees create jobs through business plans and the provision of technical and/or financial assistance to private employers in the community.

The ultimate goal of the JOLI program is economic

credit:


self-sufficiency for the targeted populations.
