The Administration for Children and Families, Administration for Native Americans announces the availability of Fiscal Year (FY) 2016 funds for community-based projects for the Environmental Regulatory Enhancement program.

The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to strengthen tribal government capacity to identify, plan, develop, and implement solutions to environmental programs that will bolster regulatory efforts in a manner that is consistent with a Tribe's cultural preservation and natural resource management priorities.

For the purposes of this announcement, Native communities include American Indian tribes (federally-recognized and non-federally recognized) and Alaska Natives.
