State agencies receiving cooperative agreements under this Funding Opportunity Announcement will work closely with ACF program, and research and evaluation staff, the local evaluator, and other collaborative partners to enhance and improve career pathways in local TANF programs to improve TANF participants’ employment outcomes.
Career pathways provide training, work experience and support services designed to enable low-income, low skilled individuals to acquire credentials and advance in high-demand, growth industries.
