Hong Kong Small Grant Program

The U. S. Consulate General Hong Kong Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U. S. Department of State is pleased to announce that funding is available through its Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program.

This annual notice of funding opportunities outlines our funding priorities and areas of interest,


as well as procedures for submitting requests for funding.
