Additional Information of Eligibility:
The following are eligible to apply for SLRP grants: the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U. S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Palau, the Marshall Islands, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

The program operated with grant funds must be administered directly by a State agency.
