The United States Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, is seeking applications from qualified U. S. or overseas-based independent and non-profit corporations and other qualified organizations for a cooperative agreement to implement a 36-month (3 year) program
for the accreditation of Mexican law enforcement agencies, emergency communications centers and police academies to international standards.
