Support for the Community Police, Model Police Precinct Program in Honduras

The goal of the award is to support the INL MPP/CPP program manager with timely, responsive implementation of the CPP/MPP program in Honduras.

The selected organization will work closely with the CPP/MPP program manager to determine specific program implementation needs, such as:
logistical


support, administrative assistance, training needs, monitoring and evaluation, arranging travel and events, and providing reimbursements to individual participants and trainers.

The selected organization will continuously advise the designated project manager on the expenditure of funds, and when needed, work to prioritize activities to avoid overcommitting resources.

A successful proposal will include sustainability measures and standard operating procedures.

Methodical and careful transfer of knowledge, responsibility, and doctrine to the HNP is a key component of the MPP/CPP program.
