BLM desires to partner to establish and maintain a natural resource management public awareness campaign about YHONA and the surrounding natural areas by providing meaningful opportunities to learn hands-on skills and gain experience in cultural and natural resource management to support the conservation
and stewardship of public land resources within Oregon and Washington that help sustain public lands.
