Domain (4) Provide for dialogue amongst those interested in this arena, and solicit feedback from industry about potential technology approaches; (5) connect industry, academia and government personnel to develop relationships that might better leverage individual capabilities and (6) provide the planned timetable for the submission of white papers and full proposals.
