R00 1. ************************************************Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific), on behalf of Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), is soliciting proposals in accordance with Department of Defense Grant and Agreement Regulations (DoDGARS) 2 2. 315(a) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 3 5. 016, for basic research, applied research and advanced research in areas relating to the advancement of technology to meet DoD requirements for chemical, biological, and pandemic disease defense.Proposed research should investigate unique and innovative approaches for:-rapid detection and diagnosis of chemical and biological threats (to include chemical, viral, bacterial, and protozoan);-dissemination of information to local, state, and federal authorities for action; and-defining and developing next generation capabilities in chemical, biological and pandemic disease defense.Documents pertaining to this BAA are available at https://e-commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil/
