The Department of States Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs, Iraq Office (NEA/I) announces a Request for Statements of Interest (SOIs) from organizations interested in submitting proposals for projects that support English Language / Microsoft Computer Certification training for Iraqi Minority Community
Women.
The project proposal should seek to enhance or establish the English language skills to support further training in computer program skills.
