Building the Capacity of Civil Society and Worker Organizations in Peru

Subject to the availability of funds, the USDOL, Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) will award one cooperative agreement for a technical assistance project to improve the capacity of civil society or worker organizations in Peru to protect workers’ rights, especially in non-traditional

export sectors.

USDOL anticipates publishing the Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) in August 2015 (this date is subject to change).

This NOI is not a request for applications.

This NOI does not include an FOA or any attachments.

It only constitutes a notice of USDOL’s intent to publish an FOA at a later date.

Interested applicants are encouraged to monitor www.grants.gov for the FOA, as this is the method by which it will be made available to the public.

Any commercial, international, educational, or non-profit organization, including any faith-based, community-based, or public international organization, capable of successfully building the capacity of civil society or worker organizations in Peru.

Lack of past experience with U. S. Department of Labor (USDOL) cooperative agreements, grants, or contracts does not bar eligibility.
