Subject to the availability of funds, USDOL’s Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) intends to award, through a competitive process, one
credit:
cooperative agreement to an organization(s) to reduce child labor, forced labor, and other forms of labor exploitation in the chile pepper and tomato sectors in Mexico.
The project will promote worker-focused capacity building to strengthen worker voice, and it will increase the use of mechanisms to protect workers in the chile pepper and tomato sectors of Baja California, Baja California Sur, and Chihuahua.
The Employment and Training Administration (ETA)’s Office of Grants Management anticipates publishing a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) around September 9 and intends to make awards December 9 (these dates are subject to change).

This notice does not include an FOA or any attachments.
