Catalyzing Actionable Research to Reduce Child Labor and Forced Labor

This is a Notice of Intent only.

The U. S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB), intends to award a Cooperative Agreement to Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) for a project to identify effective interventions to address child labor and forced labor through

credit:


impact evaluation research partnerships.

The project will also identify interventions that address potential determinants of child labor and forced labor, including irregular migration and absence of workers’ rights to organize.
