MGT, SPECIES, GOPHER FROG AT ARNOLD AFB The purpose of this project is to conduct the eDNA analysis of 20 wetlands during the season in order to determine the distribution of gopher frogs at Arnold AFB.

The NFE shall also investigate the only two gopher frog specimens collected at Arnold AFB,

If possible, extract DNA and determine species of gopher frog using industry standards.
