OJJDP FY25 Family Treatment Court Training and Technical Assistance
This funding opportunity seeks to support training and technical assistance to state courts, local courts, units of local government, and federally recognized Tribal governments that will build their capacity to develop, maintain, and enhance family treatment courts to more effectively address the needs
of parents, children, and families affected by a substance use and/or co-occurring mental health disorder.
Additionally, the funding aims to enhance access to evidence-based prevention and treatment services as communities develop and implement coordinated substance use intervention programs.
