OJP is committed to advancing work that promotes civil rights and racial equity, increases access to justice, supports crime victims and individuals impacted by the justice system, strengthens community safety, and protects the public from crime and evolving threats, and builds trust between law enforcement
and the community.
With this solicitation, OVC seeks proposals to support a pass-through funding model in which a trauma-informed, survivor-connected technical assistance (TA) provider will provide TA, training, and subgrant funding and financial oversight for at least 10 subgrant sites.
The sites will be identified through a request for proposals issued by the TA provider selected under this solicitation and funded at $50,000-$100,000 each.
The selected TA provider will assist and support communities across the country with establishing peer-to-peer support for crime survivors and provide capacity building technical assistance for subgrantees.
