OVC FY25 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Formula Program

With this funding opportunity, OVC seeks applications for funding for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside (TVSSA) Formula Grant Program.

The purpose of this funding is to support the provision of services to crime victims in American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) communities

through a discretionary administrative formula program funded under a set-aside designated by law from the Crime Victims Fund (CVF).

The goal of TVSSA is to provide support to Tribal communities to develop, expand, and enhance services for victims of crime through activities that address the needs of a wide variety of crime victims in Tribal communities.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
Under this program, OVC allocates funding to participating Tribes through a discretionary administrative formula based on the Population Certifications submitted by federally recognized Indian Tribes, Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) Regional Corporations, and designees.

Eligible applicants are entities that submitted Population Certifications by January 17, 2024.
