Strengthening Reinsertion Programs in Mexico’s Prisons
INL announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project in up to two (2) pilot states.
This project will evaluate prison systems’ reinsertion programs, develop recommendations, and implement actions to successfully reintegrate incarcerated individuals to society; prevent recruitment by transnational criminal organizations (TCO); and lower recidivism rates.
