U.S. Embassy Kingston Public Diplomacy Grants Program

The U. S. Embassy Kingston Public Diplomacy Section is pleased to invite eligible applicants to submit proposals in alignment with the defined priority areas outlined in Section C of this announcement.

In addition eligible applicants are required to submit proposals that show clear benefit to


the U.S and Jamaica bilateral relationship and that which seeks to promote a safer stronger and more prosperous Jamaica and America and or celebrate American excellence.

Empowerment Plan is a nonprofit aimed at helping countless homeless people find jobs. To combat the country’s homeless crisis, the Plan hires homeless people and teaches them how to make coats for the homeless suffering on the streets.
